What happens next

Complete these steps

  1. 1. Complete this onboarding form. We use it to record the firm, contact and high-level risk context.
  2. 2. Organise the requested material. Use the Submit Audit Evidence instructions and the agreed evidence request.
  3. 3. Create one encrypted archive. Give it a clear filename, for example [Firm Name] – Regulation 21 Audit – 2026.zip.
  4. 4. Submit Audit Evidence by email. Email the encrypted archive to luke@hsconsultants.info.
  5. 5. Send the password separately. Use WhatsApp on 07990 139301, stating only the firm name and audit ID where available.
  6. 6. Receive the outcome securely. HS Consultants reviews completeness, performs a technology-assisted assessment subject to human professional review and sign-off, then delivers the final report securely.

MadeThis does not receive, store, read or process substantive audit evidence, archive passwords, detailed analysis or final reports.

We use these business contact details to administer the audit and provide the right instructions. Required fields are marked required.

Compliance roles and practice context

These high-level details help us plan a proportionate firm-level review. They are not a request for evidence.

Regulated work areas (required)

Select every area that applies to the firm.

Does the firm operate a client account? (required)

High-level scope and risk context

Optional, short context helps us prepare the audit. Do not use these fields to provide evidence or describe individual clients or matters.

Submission declaration

This form records limited administrative and high-level scoping metadata only. It does not accept audit evidence, documents or passwords.

For scope, commercial terms, data handling and the separate evidence-submission process, review the information above before submitting. Contract acceptance is handled separately through the approved purchase and engagement process.
