Independent Regulation 21 AML Audit
£999 + VAT
For UK law firms with up to 10 partners. A proportionate, independent review of the agreed firm-level AML arrangements, carried out by a reviewer who is separate from your firm.
This is an independent external review, not the ongoing internal audit function that regulation 21(1)(c) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 requires certain firms to establish.
Scope boundary: The standard £999 audit is a one-time, point-in-time review of the agreed evidence. It is not a certification, guarantee of compliance, regulator approval or continuous monitoring service. Monitoring implementation or compliance with recommendations, comprehensive live-file testing, policy drafting and remediation work require a separate agreement. A separate chargeable, point-in-time Follow-up Review of specifically identified items may be available after report delivery; it is not ongoing monitoring.
Subject to the agreed scope and evidence, the report provides clear findings, practical priorities and recommended next steps for senior management.
