The base audit considers the agreed firm-level AML arrangements and supporting organisational evidence. The requested material is confirmed after onboarding.
A firm-level review
The standard audit focuses on the firm’s AML framework, governance, policies, procedures, controls and oversight arrangements. It is not a comprehensive live-file review.
Following onboarding, we confirm the evidence needed for the agreed scope and provide clear instructions for the next stage.
Submit Audit Evidence
Clear instructions after onboarding.
We will explain how to prepare and submit the agreed evidence. The website does not receive or store substantive audit documents. Unless another method is agreed, email one encrypted archive to luke@hsconsultants.info.
Do not include the archive password in the same email. Send it separately by WhatsApp message to 07990139301, ideally stating only your firm name and audit ID rather than repeating sensitive document details.
We confirm receipt of the archive's filename and hash, not its contents. If evidence is sent unencrypted or to the wrong route, contact us promptly so that it can be handled under the applicable incident process.
