AML Assure is operated by HS Consultants Oxford Limited (company number 15816674), which is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB798357.
Commercial and administrative information
MadeThis and this storefront are used as processors for the narrow commercial and administrative layer: enquiries, onboarding details, payment or order details supplied by the platform, communications, versioned acceptance records where the approved purchase flow supports them, and operational status information needed to administer the audit.
Substantive evidence and reports
Substantive audit evidence and final substantive reports are not uploaded to or hosted by this storefront or MadeThis as part of the normal workflow. After onboarding, customers are instructed to prepare one encrypted ZIP archive and email it to luke@hsconsultants.info. The password must not be included in the same email; send it separately by WhatsApp message to 07990139301, ideally stating only the firm name and audit ID rather than repeating sensitive document details.
Data minimisation
Please do not provide live client identity documents, unnecessary personal information, privileged material or other client-confidential information unless specifically requested. Documents should be anonymised where reasonably possible.
How evidence is used
Substantive evidence is handled separately from MadeThis within the audit working process. Technology may assist analysis, but professional human review, challenge and sign-off remain central. MadeThis does not host detailed substantive analysis or final substantive reports.
