Independent Regulation 21 AML Audit
Independent AML assurance for UK law firms, delivered through a proportionate firm-level review and professional human judgement.
The audit is designed for small and regional UK law firms, including managing partners, MLROs, MLCOs, COLPs and compliance managers seeking practical assurance without traditional consultancy cost.
It reviews the agreed firm-level AML arrangements and supporting organisational evidence. The review is tailored to your firm’s size, nature and risk context.
Technology can support the work, but an experienced human reviewer evaluates the evidence, applies professional judgement and signs off the conclusions.
Subject to the agreed scope and evidence, you receive a management-ready report with clear findings, practical priorities and recommended next steps to support governance and planning.
The standard audit is a one-time, point-in-time review of the agreed evidence. It is not a certification, guarantee of compliance, regulator approval or continuous monitoring service.
Monitoring implementation or compliance with recommendations, comprehensive live-file testing, policy drafting and remediation work are outside the standard £999 audit unless expressly agreed separately. A separate chargeable, point-in-time Follow-up Review of specifically identified items may be available after report delivery; it is not ongoing monitoring.
After report delivery
Optional Follow-up Review
Where a Report identifies specific items, the Customer may request a limited Follow-up Review within six months after delivery. It is customer-initiated, priced from £499 + VAT according to scope, and considers only those identified items. It is not a re-audit or ongoing monitoring service.
